1. Minimum 90 minutes lesson if more than 15 minutes away from instructor. Please call for details.

2. Lesson time will start immediately at appointment time.

3. Student will receive a minimum of 40 minutes of actual practice driving time during each 1 hour lesson.

4. There may be up to two extra driving school associates in the car, in addition to the driving instructor and the student, for observation purpose.

5. Other than our school's staff, nobody else can join the student in the lesson.

6. Video recording of the driving lesson by student is not allowed.

7. No photos/video recording of the lessons allowed, except by school staff.

8. Booking will be confirmed only upon payment of minimum of $25 per hour.

9. We do not offer refunds if training has already been completed, but if you need to discontinue the training, or cancel an upcoming appointment, please provide 24 hours advance notice to avoid cancellation fee of $25.

10. We do not offer refunds in case of no-show or if instructor has already traveled to the student's location for the driving lesson.

11. In case of true emergency, your cancellation fee may be applied towards any future lessons.

12. The Quick 30 Offer is available only if student comes to the instructor location.

13. Instructor might have to take control of the car to avoid crash. While doing so, it might happen that instructor might accidentally hit student's hand while taking control of the steering wheel, or leg while taking control of the brake or gas.

Keeping you and our staff healthy and safe is our top priority. Therefore, we are required to put following procedures in place, effective immediately:

1. Although we will sanitize the car before start of each lesson, you can still request to sanitize the car in front of your eyes. However, that time will be counted towards your driving lesson time.

2. Everybody must sanitize their hands before getting into the car.

3. If you have cough, sneezing, sore throat, respiratory illness and/or fever, or any flu like symptoms you must cancel your lesson (in advance at any time), free of charge. However, if you fail the temperature check, you will be charged for the full lesson.

4. You must cancel the lesson if anyone in your household have been tested positive for COVID-19 or have been out of Canada in last 14 days.
